TURNAROUND TIME: Order Processing Time ( Sept 1 to MID DEC). THIS IS the BUSY SEASON - Please allow up to 15 business days to 6 weeks for an order to be processed and shipped, NOT counting weekends and holidays. If commercial or residential shipping rates are charged at incorrect price our customer will be informed. If over charged a credited will be used to the customer. If shipping rates are too low customer will be billed for the remaining amount. The additional fee for overages in shipping charge will need to be collected before any work or shipping is preformed on product or delivery. This is That Girl's Bath & Body shipping policy. Express delivery (if available) orders placed after 12 pm eastern standard time will ship the following business day. Custom orders, back orders, and merchandise shipped directly from the manufacturer do not qualify for express service. Next day orders over 5 pounds will be charged an extra $4 per pound over 5 lbs. 2 day orders over 5 pounds will be charged an extra $2 per pound over 5 lbs. Foreign shipments do not qualify for express service. All orders to be sent out before 25 Dec must be shipped out by 21 Dec with accordance of USPS. Delays in busy shipping time are possible and unavoidable. Remember not all product are in stock most are made to order. So, please order in advance, allow processing time as well as shipping.

There is the possibility of orders being fulfilled from different locations, thus items may be shipped by any one of these delivery services. All handmade items take a minimum of preferably 4 days, average of 5-8 days, production time. Once an item is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and you can then track your order. Packages shipped via US Postal Service display a delivery confirmation only. Detailed tracking information is not available.

You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within 5 - 10 business days from the ship date. Please remember that certain larger items or customized items can take up to eight weeks for delivery.

Product Availability Occasionally, we may take your order and consequently discover that the item is not available for shipping (i.e., it is back ordered, sold out, damaged or defective). In such cases, we will notify you via email of the status and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible. You will also have the option to cancel the order.

Shipping

Most jewelry items are sent within the U.S. insured via USPS Priority service with delivery or signature confirmation. Signature confirmation and shipping insurance is reserved and required for all bath and body, makeup, and jewelry purchases totaling of $50-70 or more before shipping. Orders being shipped to unconfirmed address will be subject to purchasing insurance. That Girl's Bath & Body may contact the buyer/customer to verify the buyer's address or to ask for additional information. A tracking number will be sent to you via email the day your item is sent. This additional service method of shipping is added free of charge. If you need it sooner please contact sales@thatgirlsbathandbody.com for more details and cost information. Custom orders may take 2-4 weeks. We package and wrap your items carefully to ensure a safe trip. That is also why we usually ship Priority for the less climate impact. However That Girl's Bath & Body is not responsible for loss, stolen, or , damages package(s) after your order has been shipped, unless you have purchase insurance. Delivery

Soaps and balms must be delivered within 72 hours after they are made. We keep a small supply of some of our products on hand and replenish as they are ordered. Most products are made to our so that they arrive to the consumer at the peak of freshness. All items handmade with a minimum of 4 weekdays production time. Most orders in stock with take an average of 7-10 days. Items not in stock (made to order) make take up to 7-15 business days (Monday Thru Friday). This included process time, payment, to make the product(s) and delivery. Priority Mail will take 3-5 business days, in stock items. Please allow product to be made and delivery time. Some items may be shipped Parcel Post or First Class Mail. Allow orders up to 7-15 business days for delivery,(Mon-Fri), pending payment approval. Purchases are sent with Delivery Confirmation at no extra charge. Orders of $70 or more will be sent out Certified mail for your protection. This security protect allow our customers the comfort of and ease of ordering from That Girl's Bath & Body. Their is no extra charge for Service unless. Standard Delivery. An order that is in stock and placed on-line by 5 p.m. Eastern Time Monday thru Friday will usually be made, or be shipped (if in stock) on its way to you within seven business day. Priority Delivery Option provides third to five business days delivery on orders received by 5 p.m. Eastern Time Monday thru Friday. May take up to 5 business days depending on your location. Most items are made when ordered and estimated delivery times do not include making the item. Orders will not be made faster with Express Delivery. It just means your package will be shipped and arrive about the estimated time frame. You will receive an email with a delivery confirmation number once your order is shipped out. You can check the status of your shipment online at www.USPS.com Please note that a delivery confirmation number is not a tracking number. USPS.com will only update the information once the item is delivered. Delivery confirmation and many other special added services are not available for APO address, etc. Rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities. All shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States will be sent Express, First Class or PRIORITY Mail. Items with a stated shipping charge are delivered separately and may not arrive at the same time as other items ordered. Express Plus Service provides second business day delivery on orders received by 5 p.m. Eastern Time. The charge for Express Plus Service is $15 per order plus the Standard Delivery Charges. Priority and Express Delivery are not available on items with a stated delivery charge, some heavy or oversize items, and orders sent to APO, FPO, P.O. Box Addresses, outside of the 48 contiguous states, and U.S. possessions. Shipping Insurance is optional but recommended. Under no circumstances is That Girl's Bath & Body held responsible for your order once it leaves our hands. Although insurance is optional, we strongly recommend that you choose to insure your package. Insurance is meant to protect you, the buyer. Buyer assumes the risk of loss and/or damage by not opting for extra insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier. We will Not replace or refund for lost or damaged packages that are not insured. That Girl's Bath and Body only accept orders and ship to addresses within the 48 Contiguous United States of America as well as the District of Columbia. Order Processing and Shipping:

We strive to fill and ship your order in a very timely manner. We ship Monday thru Friday. All paid orders will be shipped within about 72 hrs after the products has been made. We Do Not process orders nor ship packages on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

~Note~ Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared our bank.

Shipping confirmation will be sent via email as soon as you package ships. Please provide a valid email address. After you receive an email from us.

Expected Arrival Times:

US First Class: Allow 7-15 days from your shipping day.

US Priority: Allow 3-12 days from your shipping day.

International: Allow 14-28 business days from your shipping day. All delivery / shipment dates are estimate only. That Girl's Bath & Body can not guarantee nor makes nor claims. Subject to carrier delays due to business holidays and Customs.

International - Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days, Monday Thru Friday.

International - Express Mail International: 3-5 business days, Monday Thru Friday.

We currently do not ship orders outside the 48 Contiguous U.S. plus the District of Columbia. The term contiguous excludes the states of Alaska, Hawaii and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions. We are happy to state we now delivery to all 50 states of the United States and to United Kingdom, Mexico and Canada. These are estimations and not guarantees.

EXCEPTIONS: Allow at least an extra 2 days if you shipping day falls on any US holiday or weekend. Deadline for shipping to arrive by 25 Dec - Priority Mail in the US is Dec 21. So make sure you order way ahead of time. Custom orders or back orders please allow up to 6-8 weeks for delivery. Most packages that are undeliverable, unclaimed or declined will be return to us the sender. Some countries and customs will no allow package to be returned back to the United States and instead holding package or throwing them away.

You have not received a confirmation email within 3 days after placing your order;

You have not received your package within 15 business days (US) or 28 business days (International) after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping for Jewelry Items.

Most jewelry items are sent within the U.S. insured via USPS Priority service with delivery confirmation. Orders of $70 are required to have shipping insurance and signature confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to you via email the day your item is sent. This method of delivery confirmation shipping is free of charge. At times we may ship First Class Mail or Parcel Post. If we do we will let you know. If you need it sooner please contact sales@thatgirlsbathandbody.com for more details and cost information. Custom orders may take 2-4 weeks. Policy and prices may change without notice but will be posted accordingly. Gift Wrapping: Is not a free service unless posted on a holiday. Gift wrapping is only available on our jewelry (jewelry by deby or thatgirlsbathandbody.com). Jewelry Repair:

Available only on jewelry purchased from thatgirlsbathandbody.com . There will be no charge if bought within 60 days. After 2 months there will be a charge for repair services. Price will vary on each piece(s). You must pay to ship the jewelry back to us. If jewelry is marked with careless negligence you will not receive an exchange within 15 days, but we will make every effort to rectify the problem the best way possible. Please include invoice or receipt in order to receive an exchange or repair from thatgirlsbathandbody.com .

Repairs:

Unless items are determined to be defective, or received after 60 days, all repairs will be performed for a fee. Please contact us for further information before returning any item for repair or replacement. Shipping for the damaged item is to be covered by the customer. Include any loose parts in the shipment. The materials that we use are new and vintage (noted in the description - jewelry) and we use interfacing and high quality materials to make our items durable. I take great care in crafting my items and because everything is handmade there will be slight variations - this makes your item one of a kind! Please contact me before ordering if you have any questions about an item.

USPS Shipping Policies / Terms and Conditions of Service

As stated, USPS is the carrier of choice for That Girl's Bath & Body. As such, we are bound by the terms and conditions of their service. We would like to bring your attention to the following specific terms of this service. Attempted Delivery and a notice was left. You may pick up the item at your Local Post Office indicated on the notice, go to www.usps.com/redelivery, or call 800-ASK-USPS. Call 800-ASK-USPS to arrange for redelivery. If this item is unclaimed after 15 days then it will be returned to the sender That Girl's Bath & Body.

USPS will try to deliver your package about three times. On the third time if they are unsuccessful, or you have not contacted USPS within 15 days they will return it to sender. If it was an online order, you will be charged for return shipping, a restocking fee, and any other fees that are associated with the refused, unclaimed, undeliverable package.

Non-Deliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Orders

If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, negligence, absence, customer providing incorrect information (invalid, unknown or insufficient address), or for any other reason not stated here we will attempt contact you via telephone and/or email to resolve the order. Some items may need to be delivered Parcel Post or First Class Mail. Due to where your package is delivery your order may take as long as 7-10 business days (Monday thru Friday. pending payment approval.) Typically you will receive notification via your email from USPS when the package was shipped, and you will be provided a tracking number which you can track at www.usps.com.
